ASTORIA COLUMN: The Astoria Column is truly unique, built in 1926, is 125 feet high and presents a spectacular view of the historic city and its surrounding rivers, bay, forest, mountains, and ocean.
ASTORIA WATERFRONT: Walk, Dine, Shop along Astoria's working waterfront. View Ocean and River ship traffic, fishing vessels deliver their daily catches, and watch seals, and sea lions play.
HISTORICAL MUSEUMS: From Victorian Homes to The Flavel House, Heritage Museum, and Uppertown Firefighters Museum - Astoria is rich in history and things to see and do.
MOVIE SITES: Movie such as "Free Willy, Short Circuit, and Kindergarten Cop have been filmed in Astoria. A self guided tour map is available at the Chamber of Commerce.
PARKS: River, City, and Ocean Beach Parks are all close by, including Fort Stevens with its beautiful beaches, hikes, and fishing.
